The Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children
The Military Interstate Compact is here to help make school transitions easier for children in military families. With all 50 states and DoDEA on board, the Compact ensures consistent policies for things like transferring records, graduation requirements, and course placements.

Enrollment and Transfers
Enrollment at Spring Hill Schools
Welcome to Spring Hill Schools! We’re excited to help you enroll your student in our district. Follow these simple steps to get started:
Online Enrollment Process
All students, new and returning, enroll through Skyward Family Access. To complete the enrollment process, visit the Enrollment Information page on our district website for details, required forms, and links to Skyward.
- New Families: If you’re new to the district, create a Skyward account to begin enrollment.
- Returning Families: Log in to your existing Skyward Family Access account to update and verify your student’s information each year.
Enrollment Requirements
To enroll your student, please have the following ready:
- Proof of Residency: A current utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement.
- Birth Certificate: This is for new kindergarten students or those enrolling for the first time.
- Immunization Records: Provide up-to-date immunization information as required by Kansas law.
- Transfer Records: If your child is transferring from another district, request their grade cards and transcripts from their previous school.
