THANK YOU to all the parents who donated supplies and time to make our Fall Festival Day a success on Thursday! We enjoyed picking pumpkins (thanks to Clorox for the donation), riding tricycles during outdoor play, decorating our pumpkins, traversing a spooky obstacle course, and having special treats and activities in our classrooms. We appreciate your support and help in making it a special day for students! Check out our Facebook page for pictures!

During arrival and dismissal, please help keep all of our students safe by keeping your child close to you. We want to avoid children being close to the traffic and parking lots by themselves. Staff will try to deliver your child to you by holding their hand to ensure their safety, thanks for helping to keep all kids safe as well.

If you have not subscribed your child to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, you should check it out. Here is a link to signed up: https://kschildrenscabinet.org/imaginationlibrary/

We are running low on our supply of diapers and wipes. If your child is not fully potty trained, please make sure to send diapers and wipes with them in their backpack.

Tips from Second Step:
Same or Different Feelings: We are beginning to talk to students about how a scenario or event can be the same for people, but we might have different feelings about the event. Make sure children know that it is okay to have a different feeling about a situation than other people do.
